In case of adverse weather conditions or bad weather at the time of departure, no refund is provided. For padel trips, the courts will be covered or you will be relocated to indoor courts.
For kite trips, if there is a lack of wind at the location, arrangements will be made with the instructor to reschedule the lessons.
